Monthly Coaching

11-times per year, members and parents will have separate coaching calls with the Forum dean. These regular calls will provide support, insights, breakthroughs and continuity for the journey through the program. In addition to the calls, members and parents will have access to the dean, Professional Advisory Board members, SMEs, and speakers through the Forum’s social media system.

Ongoing ‘coaching’ is an integral component of any major learning and growth experience. Tom Landry, the Hall of Fame coach of the Dallas Cowboys once said, “A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.”

Each month, both members and their parents will have separate, private coaching calls with their dean.

​

MEMBERS will find these calls helpful in supporting their learning experience, successfully integrating change, growing and developing as a person and professional, and finding additional encouragement to achieve their aspirations.

​

PARENTS will find these calls helpful to understand ways to support their child/grandchild in their learning experience, integrate positive change in family and business life, ways to deepen relationships and achieve improved communications within and between the generations.

Supporting the coaching process is the Forum's Virtual Community that allows for uploading videos, articles or other items that will serve to greatly enhance the coaching experience.
