MY WHY

Over my forty-five-year career, I have contributed to the success of a number of large organizations. The common thread has been helping people and teams improve their performance. Whether leading teams or managing transformational projects, my greatest professional joy came from helping others achieve their goals and aspirations.

My personal interest in family-owned companies stems from my family’s businesses. My maternal grandfather owned a butcher shop and small grocery where I worked as a young boy. My father ran a small septic services business he inherited from his stepfather, where I worked when I was in high school and college. My brother now runs the business. I believe those personal experiences aids in my ability to uniquely assist other family-owned enterprises achieve their goals and aspirations.
